DESCRIPTION
Introducing Yuru, our ceremonial-grade matcha inspired by the soft presence of morning dew at dawn.
Grown in the high-altitude tea gardens of Guizhou Province, Yuru is finely milled to a smooth, vibrant powder. Expect rich seaweed umami, layered vegetal depth, and a creamy, savoury finish that lingers with weight.
Best enjoyed whisked traditionally in an usucha to appreciate its depth, or as a latte when you want a matcha that holds its own against milk.

PREPARATION
We recommend using 55-60°C water for the smoothest whisk.
Usucha (Thin Matcha)
Whisk 2g of Matcha Powder to 50ml of Water, adjust water to taste.
Iced Matcha Latte
Whisk 4g of Matcha Powder to 40ml of Water. Pour over cup with ice and 100ml of milk
Hot Matcha Latte
Whisk 2g of Matcha Powder to 25ml of Water. Steam milk and pour.
Adjust ratio of powder to water to tweak intensity to taste.
STORAGE & CARE
Store sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
For best freshness, keep refrigerated after opening and allow the tin to return to room temperature before opening to prevent condensation.
We recommend consuming within 4-6 weeks of opening.
