Quebraditas is one of our most loved Colombian lots — vibrant, floral, and endlessly drinkable. Grown in Oporapa, Huila at 1,800 masl, this Sidra varietal undergoes a meticulous Washed Double Anaerobic Thermal Shock process, producing a cup that feels both strikingly expressive and incredibly refined.

Expect notes of longan and jasmine flower upfront, carried by a bright, sparkling acidity and rounded off with a silky, tea-like finish. As the cup cools, its florals open up further, revealing layers of sweetness and clarity that linger beautifully on the palate.

A consistent crowd favourite at the bar, Quebraditas has become one of those coffees people happily return for — premium, distinctive, and simply delicious. Roasted in-house by our head roaster, with a light-medium approach to preserve its elegance and aromatic complexity, it shines especially well on filter while remaining approachable enough for everyday drinking.
