All online orders are prepared, packed, and dispatched from our dedicated fulfilment space, where products are stored in optimal conditions and handled with care. Here at ECHO, we strive to ensure that every order is packed with care and delivered in a timely manner.

After your order has been processed by our team, we will contact you when your order has been prepared and is ready to be picked up.

 


 

Free Delivery

Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders with a total value of $45 or more.

For domestic shipping (in Singapore), we work with the following fulfilment partners:

  • SPX Express
  • J&T Express

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Courier: 2–3 working days
  • Delivery times may extend during peak or festive periods.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and delivery method.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer delivery to selected international destinations.

 


 

Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 12pm are typically processed same or next working day
  • Orders placed after 12pm are processed the following working day
  • We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays

Tracking Information

Once shipped, customers will receive an automated email containing:

  • Courier tracking number
  • Tracking link
  • Delivery status updates

Delivery Issues

For delayed, incorrect, or lost parcels:
Please contact us at hello@echohouse.sg with your order number and tracking ID.
We will liaise with our courier partners to provide support.

ECHO is not responsible for:

  • Parcels marked “delivered” by the courier
  • Failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Missed deliveries due to recipient unavailability
