All online orders are prepared, packed, and dispatched from our dedicated fulfilment space, where products are stored in optimal conditions and handled with care. This facility also provides access to an integrated courier collection point, allowing for efficient daily pickups by our delivery partners.
We strive to ensure that every order is packed with care and delivered in a timely manner.
1. Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

Delivery times may extend during peak or festive periods.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and delivery method.
Free shipping promotions may occasionally apply.
2. International Shipping
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer delivery to selected international destinations.
3. Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 12pm are typically processed same or next working day

We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays

5. Delivery Issues
For delayed, incorrect, or lost parcels:

We will liaise with our courier partners to provide support.
Echo is not responsible for:

Parcels marked “delivered” by the courier

Failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses
