Lin Ceremonial Matcha (40g)
DESCRIPTION
Lin (林) is our ceremonial-grade matcha cultivated in the forested highlands of Guizhou, China, at 1,000 metres above sea level. The region's cool climate, unpolluted environment, and slower-growing conditions allow the tea leaves to develop exceptional freshness, vibrant colour, and a beautifully balanced flavour profile.
Expect rounded umami, gentle sweetness, and a silky mouthfeel, finishing crisp and refreshing on the palate. Delicate yet expressive, its clean profile makes it equally enjoyable whisked traditionally or paired with milk, where its natural sweetness and smooth texture continue to shine.
Carefully selected for its versatility, Lin Matcha is crafted for both everyday rituals and slow, intentional moments. Whether enjoyed as a traditional tea or a creamy latte, it offers a balanced, approachable cup that you'll find yourself reaching for time and time again.
