DESCRIPTION
Meet The Better Half, a handmade, handleless ceramic cup designed as the counterpart to the ones we use in-store. Its red glaze is dipped in opposite directions, giving it a familiar ECHO touch while still fitting naturally into your daily rituals at home.
Keep it at home, bring it to the office, or gift it to someone who shares your love for the ECHO experience. Also available for purchase as a pair.
As each cup is handmade, slight variations in glaze placement and shape are natural and expected (but that's what makes each piece unique!).
PREPARATION
We prefer pulling our espresso slightly tighter to highlight body and sweetness.
Parameters may vary depending on your basket size and machine. Use this as a starting point and dial in to taste.
Dose: 18–20g
Yield: 30–36g (1:1.7–1.8 ratio)
Target Time: 28–32 seconds
Water temperature: 92-93°C
Adjust grind size to balance acidity, sweetness, and texture.
