Bombe Ethiopia Anaerobic Natural
DESCRIPTION
Bombe is an Ethiopian single origin from the highlands of Bensa, Sidama, produced by COE Ethiopia 2024 winner Basha Bekele at elevations of 2,200–2,300 metres above sea level. Processed using a 56-hour anaerobic natural fermentation, this lot showcases the expressive florals and vibrant fruit character that have made Ethiopian coffees among the world's most celebrated.
Expect delicate notes of honeysuckle and jasmine, layered with the sweetness of umeshu and ripe cantaloupe. Brewed as a filter, Bombe is bright, fragrant, and remarkably elegant, with a silky tea-like body that unfolds into a lingering floral finish as the cup cools.
Light-medium roasted in-house by our head roaster to preserve its delicate aromatics, clarity, and layered sweetness.
