Arsi Dew Ethiopia
DESCRIPTION
Arsi Dew is a washed Ethiopian coffee from the Mewa Nensebo Washing Station in Nensebo, West Arsi — a region known for producing some of Ethiopia’s most elegant and floral profiles. Grown at elevations of 1,800–2,000 masl, this lot highlights the clarity and delicacy that make washed Ethiopian coffees so timeless.
Expect notes of white florals, honey, citrus, and peach, carried by a bright yet refined acidity and a soft, tea-like finish. Brewed as a filter, it feels clean and layered — opening with jasmine-like aromatics before settling into gentle stone fruit sweetness and a lingering honeyed finish as the cup cools.
As an espresso, Arsi Dew becomes silky and delicate. Citrus and peach notes sit upfront, supported by a light honey sweetness and an elegant finish that keeps the cup feeling lifted rather than heavy. Especially suited for those who enjoy brighter, tea-like espresso profiles with clarity and nuance.
Roasted in-house by our Head Roaster, Joel, with a medium roast approach to preserve its florals, sweetness, and structure.
PREPARATION
This bean can be enjoyed as both a filter and as an espresso based drink.
