DESCRIPTION
Chebega is our Ethiopian single origin, vibrant, layered, and quietly complex. Sourced from Guji, Oromia (Uraga), it captures the clarity and lifted sweetness that high-altitude Ethiopian naturals are known for.
Expect a structured cup with notes of red apple and orange zest, rounded by a gentle oolong tea character and a lingering brown sugar sweetness. Brewed hot, it’s bright yet refined; over ice, it opens into a crisp, citrus-led cup with a clean, tea-like finish.
As an omni-roast, Chebega is expressive and versatile — shining in filter while offering a lively, fruit-forward espresso for those who enjoy clarity and lift. Roasted to preserve sweetness while maintaining balance and structure.
